The most important asset of OHNEX GLOBAL CONCEPT LTD is its workforce. HSE is not just a slogan — it is our way of life, embedded in our culture and reinforced on every project we deliver.

Our Commitment

HSE Is Not a Slogan — It's Our Way of Life

The most important asset of OHNEX GLOBAL CONCEPT LTD is its workforce. HSE is not just a slogan — it is our way of life, embedded in our culture.

Safety runs through our core values, and we work tirelessly toward our HSE vision: an incident-free workplace, everywhere, every day.

Our HSE Policy

OHNEX GLOBAL CONCEPT LTD is committed to maintaining a healthy and safe workplace for all employees and everyone involved in executing our projects, ensuring compliance with relevant HSE laws and standards, and protecting the environment.

High priority is given to safety programs. We proactively integrate health, safety, environmental and quality objectives into our management system at every level, reinforced through our HSE incentives programme. HSE is placed on an equal pedestal with productivity.

Every employee and contractor plans and operates in conformity with this policy, and all employees are trained appropriately on health, safety and environmental matters.

Our HSE Culture

Three Pillars,One Standard

The health and safety of our people, the environment around us and the quality of what we hand over — managed under one system, on every OHNEX site.

Health

The health of our people comes before every deadline. Workers are medically fit and trained on HSE essentials, supported by first aid readiness and welfare facilities on every site.

Safety

Every task starts with a risk assessment and a safe system of work. Undesired events are reported without blame, so lessons are learned and never repeated.

Environment

Sites are run to protect the surrounding community — dust, waste, noise and materials are managed responsibly, with environmental objectives built into our management system.

HSE Tools

Systems That Keep Every Site Safe

Behind every safe site are structured systems — from assessing risk before work starts to training our people for emergencies.

Risk Assessments

Our Risk Assessment Database stores every risk assessment for the company, so each task is examined for hazards before work begins.

Undesired Events Reports

The UER database ensures uniform reporting and follow-up of every undesired event — identifying corrective actions that prevent recurrence.

HSEQ Training

OHNEX Learning delivers basic fire fighting, first aid and Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSEIT), plus personal and professional development courses.

Behaviour & Security

Safety Is Human

Over 90% of all incidents have a human element as a root cause — and the people around our sites deserve the same protection as the work.

Critical Safety Behaviours

Over 90% of all incidents have a human element as a root cause. Our Critical Safety Behaviours Campaign Toolkit helps operations, projects and HSE advisors apply safe behaviours on every site, every day.

Security

A dedicated security network maintains a current understanding of local and regional security issues. National security plans use alert levels that reflect the current situation — so our people know what to do, wherever we work.

Quality Management & Improvement

Quality That Reliably Meets Requirements

Quality Management & Improvement is one of our core business processes — providing the processes, work instructions and tools that maintain and administer our Management System. It measures effectiveness, so customer requirements are reliably met.

Quality Assurance

Concerned with implementing and maintaining the Management System — objective setting, action planning, document control and quality management on projects. Mission, vision and values are set by the Core Team and approved by the Board of Directors.

Quality Control

Verifies that every delivered service meets defined standards and specifications — detecting quality problems and defects, supporting their resolution and preventing recurrence.

Document Control

Ensures everyone works to the correct, most current processes and specifications. Working to the wrong version of a controlled document means rework at best — and disaster at worst.
